    Hello! I'm using the Lifestyle theme and am searching for code that would allow me to add static text solely on my blog page before the posts - simply to describe what the posts are about.

    I read another post which mentioned simple hooks,sidebars and widgets. It seemed not to apply much to what I'm looking for. Wanting to keep it simple as well.
