    Hi, all! I'm experiencing a weird issue with a contact form and I'm officially lost. When my client uses dictation (iPhone/Samsung) to fill out the contact forms on their site, you've got to actually press "done" on the contact forms to have the text enter. However, this results in the first two letters plus the whole word being filled out. (For example, "other" types out "OT OTHER".) Any ideas as to what could be causing this? Contact Form 7 is the plugin being used here!

    This question is really off topic for this forum because it is not related to the Genesis Framework or Studio Press themes. Have you tried a Contact Form 7 specific forum or Googled CF7 accessibility?

    I have! I came here as a last resort - my thinking is that there might be some conflict with the child theme for Genesis but I'm not sure where to start looking. Even a point in the right direction would be really helpful!

    Genesis does not control the input of speech to text. The accessibility features in the framework allows the theme and content to work with accessibility devices such as screen readers. I've used speech to text on my iPhone and iPad to test sites with various browsers. They always work flawlessly, then again, I use Formidable Pro as my form tool.

    Try changing to a default WordPress theme and see if the problem persists. If it does, then Genesis has nothing to do with it. If the problem goes away, then use Genesis again and start working through plugin conflicts. There could be a conflict.
