    I had this website set to a static page per the client request for an event and now I have reset it back to the original home page with the widgets. On the home page there is a white space between the slider and the tagline that wasn't there before. It does not show up anywhere else on the website.

    How can I remove this gap? I think it has something to do with .site-tagline and margin-top but not exactly sure what to change in css.

    Thanks.

    PS When I changed the home page to a static page a month ago, I had an issue where the tagline was being cutoff and I was able to get that fixed. Now it is causing the opposite effect.

    Hello,

    There is a margin top styling with the .site-tagline rule. Commenting it out or removing it should solve the problem.

    .site-tagline {
	background-color: #ffcc66;
	border-bottom: 0px solid #eee;
	/* margin-top: 60px; */
	/* margin-top: 6rem; */
	padding: 40px 0;
	padding: 4rem 0;
}

    Hello Ryan,

    Thank you for you help. When I deleted the margin-top css it fixed the homepage and cut-off the tagline on the rest of the other pages. so I changed it back.

    I'm trying to find a specific home. .site-tagline class that applies only to the home page and I can't see to find it or I am unsure which one it is. Any other suggestions?

    Hello,

    For just the home page, it will have to be modified a tiny bit. Try;

    .home .site-tagline {
    margin-top: 0;
}

    The .home class is applied to the <body> element when you are on the home page.
