Social navigation menu not displaying anything

Hi,

My theme divine comes with a social navigation menu that displays social media icons in the top right corner of the home page.

When I add the simple social icons to that widget area, nothing appears in that area on the site. I tried adding a search box as well to that area and it doesn't show up.

Sorry that your post went unanswered for so long.
The posts on this forum are mostly answered by volunteers and sometimes questions are overlooked or get pushed out-of-view.
