Lifestyle theme has site container wrap on the full layout, so slider won't stretch full width. Two options:
    1. Set site-container to 100% and adjust inner wrap accordingly via css file.
    2. Or use some other Genesis theme with full width widget at top.

Your .site-container has a 36px padding. If you remove the padding, your slider and every child element within the site container will stretch to the edge of the container. If you only want the slider to stretch, you need to remove the padding from the site container and add it to every child element other than the slider that you want padded.
