Slider Auto Adjusting Height when Switching Slides???

Any ideas why the slider adjusts ever so slightly in height between the two images here: roofingtheflathead.com ?

The height of the red truck image is 425px while the other image is 430px. Change your slider to a height of 425px. The slider will not upsize the 425px image to be 430px, so you need to adjust it so it will downsize the 430px image to 425px.
