    I can't figure out why comments are not showing up on my site. I have checked everything in Dashboard >> Settings >> Discussion and it is fine. I have looked at everything I can think of to no avail.

    I tried installing Disqus just to see if that plugin installation would fix something and I would just use that. Did not work.

    Check the settings at At Genesis > Theme Settings > Comments and Trackbacks.

    Ensure that Enable Comments is ticked where you want them.

    That was it! I figured it out right after posting and just came back to close this out.

    I forgot that it also appears in Genesis settings and everytime I looked at that page, I didn't notice it because I had that section minimized.
