Site doesn't load after Genesis upgrade

I get redirected to below and the page doesn't work.

I don't think the two things are related. This is asking you to connect your website to WordPress.com. Are you using Jetpack? That message appears to be Jetpack related. If you FTP into your site, you can disable Jetpack by navigating to the wp-content/plugins directory and renaming the Jetpack directory.

It is related. After I log in, it does this. It doesn't matter if JetPack is enabled or not.

If you delete Genesis, it loads fine. If you put it back, I get the same errors. Cannot access dashboard.
