Hello,

Almost all (about 95%) of my social media icons were reset today. In some cases from 8.3K to 0.

Is there a way to get these back? Is there a reason for the change? Or some type of incompatibility issue with WordPress?

Thanks in advance for any information you're willing to share. This is a big concern for our website.

Hi,

Facebook shut down the API that was used to get the share counts.

I recommend opening a ticket with the official Studiopress support at my.studiopress.com/help

Christoph,

Facebook announced changes to the API REST months in advance. The question is whether or not Copyblogger and Studiopress plan on supporting this plugin? History is not on their side.
