I've looked in as many places as I can think of.
Perhaps I am searching for the wrong thing?

All I want to do is edit the page template so that the Featured Image appears exactly like the blog template.

Any suggestions or at least point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance.

Are you referring to a archive page template? Link to it please.

No, I actually want to edit the plain old page template.
I just want to have the featured image show up at the top like on a blog post.

You can conditionally add it or create a template and add it directly to the template.

I assume you're referring to single pages?

HI Brad I'd like to do the same thing. Create a custom template page that all site pages use. I need to add a header under the menu, but at 100% width. I find that the theme I am using, site pages, are just to bland. Content would be below header image. My page is here: http://wickedtenants.com/news/.
Is the template to be edited in the theme or a part of genesis?
If I create a template how do I designate it so that all pages created will use it?
    Thanks
