Hello! I am having a very puzzling issue where my right sidebar is not displaying correctly in some browsers. It seems to work fine in Chrome on my PC. But on IE on PC, or Chrome on Macbook, the side bar displays towards the bottom of the page, among my homepage columns.

I would appreciate any guidance in correcting this. Thank you in advance.

I can guess at the problem, but not sure how to tell you to fix it. IE tends to be less forgiving of unclosed div tags than the other browsers, so one things it's great for is finding those.

What I see when I inspect the code on your site in IE is that inside your content-sidebar-wrap, your <main class="content"> is opening and closing immediately (plus seems to be wrapped in a <p> tag). Then your actual content is outside of this area altogether, which is why it's not taking on the .content width.

Have you edited any template files? If you have, check through those carefully, especially any edits you've done with the header or navigation areas. If not, I would carefully check all of your text widgets for unclosed tags. If it's in a widget (probably one of the header widgets), you could quickly narrow down which one by removing them and seeing if the page sorts itself out (I would log into the site in IE and use the new Customizer, so you can play with the widgets without affecting the site itself).

Hi Robin! Thank you for the thorough response! I tried the widgets and those seem to all be fine (at least not causing the sidebar problem). The rest is beyond my level of comprehension. 🙁 I have edited the stylesheet but not functions. I'm sure I screwed something up somewhere. Thank you so much for sharing your time and knowledge.
