Is it possible to shrink the header area vertically when the site is displayed on an iPhone or similar screen size?

I'm using Executive Pro. When my site displays on an iPhone, there are big empty spaces between the site title and both the top of the screen and the top-right widget underneath the title.

Any suggestions on where in the CSS to change this for media queries (or elsewhere)?

I ended up deleting the text object in the Top-Right widget in place of using a custom menu there.

Anyone know of a way to remove the color rectangle behind the current menu selection/location?
