My advertisers be damned, I've gone ahead and adopted a responsive design for my sites. My advertisers are interested in showing standard 728x90 banners on the desktop site and displays that are a minimum of 728 in width.

Is there a way to insert ad code above the header (either in Simple Hooks or Metro Pro), so that it only renders the ads when viewing at a certain width. I'm less interested in ads for mobile, so I don't mind it not showing ads when mobile.

Google Adsense beta works well, but I need to allow my ad company to run their ads.

Thanks! This would be a huge help.
