If I view new install of Prose (with new Genesis install as well), wouldn't I see the new markup structure/language in Firebug? I just want to make sure that's what I'm working with.

    Does that make sense?
I don't know what I'm doing or if I"m describing it correctly. :/

    Thanks!

Prose hasn't been updated to HTML5 yet - http://my.studiopress.com/themes/. Themes that have been are marked with the HTML5 emblem.

You're welcome. Take a look at this - it might help you if you want to convert it yourself - http://cobaltapps.com/genesis-xhtml-to-html5-css-converter/.
