    Hey guys -
    I'm sure I'm doing something very simple incorrectly, but I've installed some plugins that use shortcodes and they aren't working. I've installed Post Grid (I want to get recent posts to display in a grid), and the codes just aren't working. I am using other shortcodes on the website and they ARE working.
    I'm wondering if there's a compatibility issue- I'm running Parallax Pro. Any of the plugins I've installed to display posts in a grid aren't working. They all make use of shortcodes - what am I missing?

    Also note if you add shortcodes in widgets you need to add support for using shortcodes in widgets https://www.wpstud.io/use-shortcodes-in-widgets/

    Thank you. I think I have an issue with the WP installation itself - it's ended up in a nested folder and I think that's causing the issue.
