    Hello,

    I wanted to put a text of code on my sidebar widget. It will be the CSS code of my blog button (for swapping) and I can't seem to get it to work. Instead of the code, it displays the button image which is not what I want. I have tried adding this php line to functions.php:

    add_filter('widget_text', 'do_shortcode');

    with the CSS text on the text widget but it didn't work at all. Is there anything else I should do? Am I missing something?

    In addition, I have also tried using plugins but none of them worked. I am using the Fabric theme.
