    I have a parent page 'Intranet'. For its child pages, is there a way to automatically set the layout (sidebar on the left) and the sidebar (intranet). So that if a new child is created, it also gets these settings?

    Select the default layout as "sidebar-content" from Dashboard -> Genesis -> Theme Settings page. Hope it helps.

    Thank you for your reply 🙂 I've tried this, but it sets the default layout for _all_ pages and I just want it for the pages with a specific parent.

    Can I do it in functions.php? I tried it with

    add_filter( 'genesis_pre_get_option_site_layout', '__genesis_return_sidebar_content' );

    but it doesn't do anything.
