    If you go to http://technorati.com/ and look at the title of one of their sections, for example "knowledge base", the title is separate from the title background.

    Firebug shows it as this:(shown without the full anchor tags to prevent a link showing)

    <h4 class="block-title">
    a href="http://technorati.com/category/knowledge-base/">KNOWLEDG BASE</a

    where the block title can be any color, the link background can be a different color, and the font can be a different color.

    How could you separate widget titles in the same way?
