Sending Log In Credentials to external page

Bare with me, I'm a little green when it comes to log ins.

I have a client who wants the ability to log in to his company software (Aljex.com) that includes three separate URLs depending on who you are (employee, carrier, customer), along with a remote email log in. So, four separate log in URLs in total. Follow so far? The separate URLs can be solved by a drop down list with the user selecting which one he wants, so I'm ok there. My QUESTION: Is there a way to make a log in form on his wordpress site that will send the log in info input to the correct URL and log him in? Basically eliminating the need to use the log in at the external site.

Most simple implementation can be using iframe. Create a page say example.com/login-one/ and add iframe that loads corresponding login webpage. Visitor will directly login.
