I've been using the Magazine Pro theme and Design Palette Pro to customize it. I was very happy with both. But recently one of the csstidy.php files threw an error and caused a white screen making my site inacessible.

After disabling all plugins, then re-enabling them one by one, I still couldn't find the conflict. But I did notice that a short time after re-enabling all the plugins that when I using my social media plugin (Blog2Social) to post one of my posts to my social media accounts, that the error happened again.

So I think I've isolated the conflict to DPP and Blog2Social. I reported the error to both plugin authors and strangely DPP staff seemed to have little interest in addressing the issue. They said they'd add it to a last of issues that might be addressed in future versions. Not a very satisfying answer. Nor did the B2S staff seem to feel there was anything they could do since they error was generated by DPP and not their plugin.

Both are key plugins for me & I've examined substitutes for each. But there aren't any that I can see. I've examined Genesis Extender & it seems too technical for me. As for the social media plugin, I've tried using at least a dozen and this one worked far better for my needs.

So can anyone recommend a plugin which allows me to customize the fonts and color scheme of my theme as DPP does, without being as complex as Genesis Extender is?

You don't need a plugin to modify the styling of different theme elements.

You can inspect the element using your browser, find the CSS rules and modify theme by copying the rule to the end of the file and making changes to it there.

    Try this https://victorfont.com/how-to-use-your-browsers-inspect-tool/
