    I have the Streamline child theme and when I do a search on my blog, there is no header at the top of the page that says "Search results for: [search term]" and I would like to know how to add it. I've searched the forums and can't find any tutorials on how to do it. Here's a link to the example of the search results page.

    Thank you for your help.

    Did you get an answer to this? Would love to know how to manipulate the search header text.

    Thanks.

    Nevermind. Found it. =)

    For anyone searching for the answer:

    You can use the filter 'genesis_search_title_output' to customize the look of the header.
    You can also use get_search_query() to return the value of what was searched for.

    Sample Code:

    add_filter( ‘genesis_search_title_output’, ‘my_custom_search_title’ );

    function my_custom_search_title( $title ) {

    $prefix = “Search Results for: “;
    $suffix = “”;

    $title = sprintf( ‘<h1 class=”entry-title”>%s%s%s</h1>’, $prefix, get_search_query(), $suffix );

    return $title;

    }

    Thanks to Jason Van Divier for providing the answer - http://www.studiopress.community/topic/customize-search-results-title/#post-80624
