it seems to be simple enough but for some reason it´s not working, I need the following:

The client whats to have 3 (out of 5) slides to be permanent and 2 to be pulled from a category, the latest 2 posts to be exact so what i did was the following:

Created a category named SLIDER2016 so I could update the 2 latest ones on the slider and created 3 posts (with no category) with the permanent slides and chose the "include" feature and added the post ID number but it´s still not showing!

Site currently not available for public but if anyone needs to see I can provide credentials to check it out.

Thanks for your help and patience 😉

If you are still looking for a solution, you might have more luck posts on the Genesis Facebook group - it's a pretty active group with 5,000 members: https://www.facebook.com/groups/genesiswp/

    Diego,

That's what I would do as well....

Query the latest posts from a category.

Though I would add the slider manually using bxSlider probably... 🙂
