    Hey, guys, I'm at the point of pulling my hair out on this one. I feel like I've done a gazillion different things to try and get the header on http://rayhvac.com/ mobile responsive, but having a very little luck.

    I've gone through general discussions, tweaked media inquiries, tried Nick the Geek's mobile responsive plugin, Pixelista's responsive logo tutorial, max-width solutions, etc, and nothing seems to be resolving my problem. The logo works fine until viewed with a mobile device, ipad, etc., where the image gets cropped instead of resized.

    Any assistance would greatly be appreciated.

    Remove the no-repeat, scroll and rgba etc from the background and add the following:
    background-repeat: no-repeat;
    background-position: top center;
    background-size: contain;

    You will then have tweak the media queries as the image when shrinking will leave white space below it.
