    Hiya

The site header for my website is not fitting on an ipad screen - it is too wide. I am using WP-Touch, but they say it is coming from the theme.

I have set the dimensions of the header to be 1140px

    Theme: Enterprise Pro
    Website: http://infinitywealth.net.au/

    TIA Jayne 🙂

You've set the .title-area to width: 1140px. That means regardless of the viewport size (the size of the device's screen), it will display at 1140px.

Change it to width: 100%; and add max-width: 1140px;. That will solve your problem. Always use max-width to constrain the width of something; not width.

Thank you Ben so much for your reply

I had initially change the default 320px to the 1140px.....

If I change it to max-width as you suggest, the header image disappears - ???? do you know why ??

    Hi

I am getting quite desperate to have this fixed.

I am willing to pay (via Paypal) for someone to tweak the CSS as I just can't get the magic code in there.

Ben - I tried to contact you first but the link in your signature says your website is currently offline.

    Thanks Jayne

    Hi Jayne,

Drop me an email at [email protected]. I'll take a look at it for you tomorrow.

    Thanks,
