    Hi,

I am using the Altitude Pro Theme. When I upload a logo it resizes and crops even if I upload the correct size image.

However, what I am trying to do is upload a logo that is x2 the size for retina display, but it resizes and leaves me with a fuzzy image on retina displays.

Does anyone know how to work around this?

    Thanks
    Laurence

    Laurence:

When you add the logo, you are usually presented with a screen with two buttons "crop image", or "skip cropping". Select the "skip cropping" option.

    Hi Susan,

I have seen the 'skip cropping button' before, possibly in a previous version of WordPress. However, it isn't there now. There is simply the one button 'select & crop'.

When you select "Select & Crop", it should bring you to another screen, where you have the option to "skip cropping". I am running the latest version of WordPress, the Genesis Framework, and the Altitude Pro theme

Sorry to piggy back on this topic, but I'm having a similar problem with the Enterprise Pro theme. When I upload a correctly sized image it gives me the option of Skip Cropping. When I upload an x2 image for the header, the Skip Cropping option disappears completely and all I'm left with is the Crop Image button. I'm running the latest WP, Genesis and Enterprise Pro.

    Hi SEOkomodo,
I wasn't able to solve the problem via the customizer. However, once you have set your logo using the customizer, you can replace it with the original (x2) file by uploading it via FTP . This is the work around I used.
