Is there a way to raise a ticket or otherwise report a suspected bug in Genesis?
I have a very odd thing happening on this site:
When anyone tries to leave a comment on a post, you get redirected to an error page that says "error: please enter a comment" --> even though the comment had non trivial content.
I've already ruled out any plugin conflicts by turning them all off. I'm running a Genesis child theme from Restored 316 and she's already had a look and couldn't find the problem in her child theme.
Comments used to work fine - we've only seen a problem since upgrading to WP 4.7.2 and Genesis 2.4.2.
Is there any way to have someone from Genesis take a look and see if we've stumbled across an actual bug?http://harvestingdinner.com

As an FYI, I just posted a test comment without receiving any errors. Try clearing all caches and if you are using a CDN, clear that cache as well.
