Help me to understand the calculation of pixels to rems in Genesisi 1.9.1.

It seems to me that if 16 pixels equals 1 rem, then one pixel would be .0625 rem, right? 5 pixels would be .3125 rem. 10 pixels would be .625 rem and so on. Can rem be displayed with three decimal points?

In doing a little testing I can see changes, for example, in font size from 1.2 rem to 1.25, or from 1.5 to 1.55, two decimals, but not three. Is that expected behavior?

    Hi Ron,

This may not answer your question directly (I'm still trying to wrap my head around rem), but I found this article helpful: http://snook.ca/archives/html_and_css/font-size-with-rem

    Cheers,

    Carrie
