    Metropro comes with the Wp-cycle already setup and I want to be able to insert it on my choice of page. I can do that via shortcode but I can't find where to disable the baked in code in the child theme. Help would be appreciated as this is my first attempt at using studiopress products.

    It comes with Backstretch but not with WP Cycle.

    You'll find it in the functions file and the javascript in the js folder:

    //* Enqueue Backstretch script and prepare images for loading
    add_action( 'wp_enqueue_scripts', 'metro_enqueue_scripts' );
    function metro_enqueue_scripts() {

    	//* Load scripts only if custom background is being used
    	if ( ! get_background_image() )
    		return;

    	wp_enqueue_script( 'metro-pro-backstretch', get_bloginfo( 'stylesheet_directory' ) . '/js/backstretch.js', array( 'jquery' ), '1.0.0' );
    	wp_enqueue_script( 'metro-pro-backstretch-set', get_bloginfo('stylesheet_directory').'/js/backstretch-set.js' , array( 'jquery', 'metro-pro-backstretch' ), '1.0.0' );

    	wp_localize_script( 'metro-pro-backstretch-set', 'BackStretchImg', array( 'src' => get_background_image() ) );

    }

    Here's 3 ways to add WP Cycle to your theme if you want it outside the content area. http://wpsites.net/best-plugins/3-ways-to-display-wp-cycle-slide-shows-in-your-theme/

    Well this shows how confused I am, for some reason I thought I had loaded the Metropro theme when in actuality I have the Landscape theme running. I've looked at so many the last few days I've gotten discombobulated totally.

    Thank you Brad for your response, sorry to have asked about the wrong theme
