    Hi,

I'm trying to change the title of an archive page (simple job board plugin) to stop showing "Jobs Archive" and just show "Jobs" instead. To be clear, I'm talking about the title that is showing in the browser TAB.

I have found some solutions online but they do not work, nothing changes to the title after updating my functions.php file. I would appreciate if anyone knows of any way to get the word "Archive" removed from the title, whether by proper code or by brute force, at this point I care only about the end result. 🙂

To be frank, my PHP experience is limited. But I'm sure if someone were to clearly state what needs to be changed and where, I will be able to follow the instructions 😛

I am using the latest WordPress with the latest Genesis and Executive Pro child theme.

    Thanks!
