    Hi

I have been working on top of Genesis sample 2.0.1 and am finding the responsive scaling on desktop screens has very clunky ugly transitions. Previously I have worked with the executive theme which has much cleaner/better transitions/scaling and I would like to replicate this (especially the header) across to Genesis Sample.

I'm not a coder but can hack templates with basic CSS so not sure what bits to tweak in the media queries or any back end php coding.

Is it possible to just disable the desktop browser scaling so the theme is only responsive on small screens (iphone/ipad)? and it doesnt scale on desktops screens? ie. it detects a mobile browser or an ipad and then displays the scaled version?

Or can anyone show me where to tweak the code so I can make the header transition look the same as the executive theme.

This is the new site in progress built on Genesis sample: http://www.shellshockstudio.co.uk/
(I am aware that the I have hacked the text in full width widgets and am currently working on changing those into 3 widgets so it splits better)

This is my old site built on executive which has much better scaling (esp the header) that I want to replicate: http://www.shellshockuk.com/

Would be very grateful for any input or help on responsive.

    Thanks
    Shelli : )
