    I'm using the Dynamik child theme.

    The header includes my site's logo, but there is also an h1 tag being used in the header area which is defaulting to the site's name. I don't want to use this as I'm using an h1 tag in the content.

    So I'd like to remove the h1 tag in the header, but also keep the hyperlink on logo.

    I tried using:

    remove_action( 'genesis_site_title', 'genesis_seo_site_title' );

    This does in fact remove the h1 title. But it also removes the hyperlink.

    I'm guessing I need to use a filter or add the action back in and modify it but I can't figure out how to do this part.

    So, how can I remove the h1 title that is being placed into the header, keep the logo in the header as is, but make sure that the logo is linked to the home page of the site?

    Thanks.

    Try
    Display: block;
    Text-indent: -9999px;

    Go to Genesis > SEO Settings > Homepage Settings.

    Uncheck "Use semantic HTML5 page and section headings throughout site?"

    and

    set "Which text would you like to be wrapped in h1 tags?" to "Neither. I'll manually wrap my own text on the homepage".
