    I'm working on a site that is wants to use the Beautiful theme and I need to remove the top header section completely and move the menu under the banner. I'm just not sure how to achieve this.

    Thanks!

    HI dmodegirl,

    Could you explain more on need to "remove the top header section completely". Are you talking about the logo area?

    To move the menu below the banner, find this line of code in your child's theme functions.php:

    add_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'beautiful_site_header_banner' );

    and update it to

    add_action( 'genesis_after_header', 'beautiful_site_header_banner', 5 );

    Could someone kindly explain how to add a new menu below the header banner (Beautiful Pro theme) to add newsletter subscribe form like it has been done here: http://www.yonecoevans.com/

    The original question/solution above was to move the menu. I'd like to leave mine as is and just have another below the header banner image.

    Thank you much.

    Using Firebug,

    it turns out that is a call to action box from a plugin - Magic Action Box

    The hook you need is genesis_after_header
