Is it possible to have the Genesis Responsive Slider without the excerpts? Or to be able to add an image background to the excerpts? I am using the Executive Pro theme.

If you do not want the dark overlay having post title, content/excerpt etc. just go to Genesis > Slider Settings and uncheck "Display Post/Page Title in Slider?" and "Display Content in Slider?".

Thank you Sridhar, thought it would be something simple! I had one of the boxes checked.

Can I still link to a page? How do I do that? I am using posts.
