    Hi all,

    I removed the date from my posts so it does not show however it is still appearing in Google search engine results and my traffic is tanking on my older posts.

    I already use Simple edits plug in but not sure of the code to remove the date and time stamp from Google

    I am using Magazine Pro.

    My site is http://turkishtravelblog.com

    Is there a code to add to any file so that google will not show the date in snippets?

    Refer this to remove date - http://wpspeak.com/remove-post-date-in-genesis-framework/

    Google may still show date on older posts as they are already indexed. However, if you properly removed date - newer posts should not display date in Google Results - check for that.

    Hi,

    I want remove date snippet from Google search. I used this code:

    // Remove post date in entry header (requires HTML5 theme support)
    add_filter( 'genesis_post_info', 'post_info_filter' );
    function post_info_filter($post_info) {
    $post_info = 'By [post_author_posts_link] [post_comments] [post_edit]';
    return $post_info;
    }

    On my new posts data in snippets don't show now but data inside my posts has gone as well. I would like to ask you if there is any possibilities to hide post data in Google snippets but show it inside my posts?

    I use Foodie Pro Theme.

    Thanks,
    Thomas
