    Hi there -

    I'm new to the wordpress.org and Genesis framework. Beautiful Pro theme is pretty much exactly what I want, except I do not want a background image. I assumed that by deleting the default image it would just go away - but now there is a very large white space in place of the image. Does any one know the code to remove this? Or at least to make it smaller?

    My website is http://leotamelinda.com/

    Also - I would love to adjust the right side columm width so that it was about 1/4 smaller that it currently is.

    Thank you so much!

    Find this in your stylesheet:

    .beautiful .site-header-banner {
    height: 200px;
    }

    And change it to this:

    .beautiful .site-header-banner {
    display: none;
    }

    It doesn't appear it's gone yet - and I'm having the same issue. http://www.maidennnantucket.com is the website I'm working with - and trying to get rid of that huge amount of white space as well.
    Anyone know what to do?

    Liz, the solution that Andrea posted worked great for me. I know this is an older post, but it definitely helped! Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks Andrea!

    I got rid of the white space by doing this:

    .site-inner {
    clear: both;
    padding-top: 80px;
    }

    and changing the 80px to something smaller. I used 10px.
