I tried using the Genesis Title Toggle Plugin, but it does not work because the page title is not hooked to genesis_entry_header

Any suggestions?

Try this in your functions file https://gist.githubusercontent.com/studiopress/5722394/raw/96742aeac1e57af912a0b9983fefb1f45bfaaceb/remove-entry-title.php

Might need to remove the plugin first.
