Remove AGENCY PRO ellipsis

The Agency Pro theme adds the ellipsis to the Read More links.

Looks like this:

How may I remove the Read more ellipsis please?

Also, is there a SEARCH feature for the Design Tips and Tricks forum?

1. You can use use code in your child themes functions file to remove it when using excerpts

add_filter( 'excerpt_more','__return_false' );

2. or you can use code to change it and add link.

This assumes you are using excerpts and not the content limit in the Genesis > Theme Settings > Content Archive settings.
