Hi

Would anyone here be able to give me an example of how to register another sidebar-content-sidebar layout. As I would like to add more layouts.

Any help would be much appreciated

You could use David Deckers Plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/genesis-layout-extras/

Or hand code your own http://genesistutorials.com/understanding-genesis-layout-options/
