    I'm really enjoying the Showcase child theme and simply want to tweak the transparency level of the front page hero image where the color overlay is, as shown here:

    I just need it slightly more transparent, was hoping someone might be able to point me a little quicker to this code. Thanks in advance!

    Look for .bg-primary:after in style.css around line 1663 and add opacity: .5; to the code block.

    I found the following code in the CSS file. The 7's were all 9's. Now I like it better.

    .with-background-image:after {
    -ms-filter: "alpha(Opacity=70)";
    filter: alpha(opacity=70);
    opacity: 0.70;
    }
