Does anyone know if I can remove a certain part of the studio press theme called digital pro? I want to remove the part where the email newsletter box is with the check marks/
    List part altogether.

I can't figure out a way to contact them and ask them this so I was hoping someone here in the forums could help me.

    Thanks!!
    Ashley

The Digital Pro front page is a widgetized page. The content you see in the demo is contained in widgets. Widgets are completely customizable and limited ony by your imagination. The content is not part of the theme. It is only there for demo purposes to give you an idea of the possibilities. The Newsletter sign-up form is the Genesis eNews Widget.

Yes, that is simply a widget area with two widgets that you would need to add to make it look like the demo: a text widget with the "Get Free Access" copy on the left, and a Genesis eNews Extended widget on the right.

You could either leave the widget area blank, or put in different widgets.

EDIT: Oops, I just saw that Victor responded one minute before I submitted my response.

Thanks so much to both of you for QUICK responses!! I so appreciate it!! To confirm my understanding of your replies- I can easily remove these parts out of the theme by emptying / editing out the widget area in the theme settings??

Also do you know if you can add in vertical images instead of hortizonal images or does it need to be hortizonal images ?
    Thanks!!

The widget areas in all themes are initially empty, so there's nothing for you to remove. If you do not want anything in that particular widget area, you can simply leave it empty -- this would mean that (should you put widgets into them) the Front Page 1 widget area (which in the demo has the large image with "Great Experiences" over it) and Front Page 3 widget area (which in the demo has a dark background with "Our Services" over it) would appear directly above and below each other, with no white section between them.

I'm not sure what you mean by horizontal or vertical images, or where you'd want them to appear in the theme. You can put in a wide variety of images, but you might have to work extensively with Digital Pro's style sheets to get them to display properly.

    So helpful, thanks so much!!

And the images I was talking about is in the journal section next to each blog post preview (blog posts) I was wondering if they could be vertical images too.

    Many thanks!!
