    After upgrading my Genesis Theme to Version: 1.9.1, that my font reverted back to NT Roman, even though they are set to Arial under Genesis > Design Settings > All font settings throughout are set to Arial.

    I noticed that my Prose Theme could be upgraded from 1.0 to v.1.5.2. But, when I perform this through FTP, there are hyperlinks, page  customizations lost, but my fonts are reverted back to Arial.

    I was unable to upgrade Prose through the WP Dashboard as it "failed"

    So, my question is how can I keep my customizations, while upgrading to the v.1.5.2?

    Where did you do the customizations?

    In the child themes style.css file or the Genesis > Custom Code fields?

    If you have backup, grab the custom code from there and paste it into the Genesis Custom code fields

    I made some changes in the style.css file, all other changes were through the dashboard

    When you stated Genesis Custom Code Fields, are you referring to Genesis Tab? Design Settings? Simple Hooks?

    Should I upgrade the Prose Theme first then copy the custom code?

    All code changes should be made in the Genesis > Custom Code fields and not in the style.css file as they will be overwritten when you update the child theme.

    Backup the full theme first and then update.

    You'll need to copy the custom code to the Genesis > Custom Code boxes before or after updating.

    Sorry for the delayed response...

    I don't seem to have the Genesis > Custom Code menu

    I do have Genesis >

    Theme Settings
    Design Settings
    SEO Settings
    Import/Export
    Simple Hooks

    Currently running versions:
    WordPress 3.5.1.
    Genesis: Version: 1.9.1
    Prose: Version 1.0

    Looking for some additional guidance, as I don't seem to have the menu option recommended...

    Additionally, not even sure how to decipher what the custom code is within the style.css, as it was done nearly 2 yrs ago.

    Is there a tool to compare the differences?
