OK, not sure what I did but I KNOW I messed up somehow.

MY default theme template does not have to header parts as shown in the demo.
    It's all blank.

I have no content yet so would like to reinstall the themes (including genesis) to see if I can get back the default.

Should I just remove the themes fron the content folder via FTP?

    Thanks in advance
    Charles

    Hello,

You will just need to re-install the Prose theme. Unless you have edited Genesis Framework (which you shouldn't), you can leave it as-is.

    Thank you, Ryan.
No, I would never touch those files!

    Appreciate your quick response.

OK, I deleted the theme and reinstalled it but it still shows up with missing elements.

I'm thinking the only way is to delete wordpress from my FTP and star over?

I deleted everything, reinstalled the theme and it still will not show as the default theme demo.

I followed the instructions on importing demo theme using the XML file but it does not work. It imports demo posts but not the header which I need.

    Any ideas anyone?
    Thanks

I tried re installing it again and this time I got two thin bars across the top but no header area, again.
I even deleted wordpress and re installed but still will not show as per demo.

OK, I am at a point where I'm going nuts!

I've made my own header but what is the easiest way to add those tabs along the top or bottom of the header so as visitors can click and take them to another section of the site or outside your site?

    Hope that makes sense.

Here's what I am having trouble with as per the default prose template.

    I cannot restore these tabs!

    Thanks in advance....

So what did you do to fix the problem? I'm curious. Thanks
