    I posed this question a few days ago, and through a little help (and some tinkering), I've gotten *somewhat* closer to my desired outcome, but not there completely....

    I grabbed some code from Bill Erickson's site on adding content to the primary navigation extras menu, specifically some "follow" icons for various social networks. You can see the code here:

    http://www.billerickson.net/genesis-wordpress-nav-menu-content/

    But, the kicker is this - I have no clue what I'm doing when it comes to styling it. I thought I did, but as you can see here...

    ...I'm lost. Any clues as to how I can get these icons on the same line and in the primary navigation extras area?

    Your help and insight are extremely valuable - thanks in advance! 🙂

    In order for two or more items to align next to one another they need to be floated. You have #nav li img floated but they are contained in anchor tags so you need to use #nav li a instead and this is what I would add:

    #nav li#follow {
    float:right;
    }

    #nav li#follow a {
    float:left;
    margin: 4px 5px;
    padding: 0;
    }

    Brilliant! Makes absolute sense - and worked like a dream. Thanks so much for your help, as usual.
