    Hi everyone,

Firstly thank you for your time to read this.

I have created some posts and assigned them to categories.
The posts are showing in the home page but when I click the assigned category, none of the posts show and it's blank apart from the category title.
In the WP admin panel in "Categories" I can see that each category has the correct number of posts that I assigned to it.

I have deactivated all of the plugins except for Bluehost, cleared all cache and the issue persists.

Can anyone please shine a light on this?
Thank you in advance for your advice, I am a newbie and would really appreciate any insight.

I looked at the site and there's nothing I can see that's jumping out at me. All I can suggest is to try re-saving permalinks.

I re-saved the permalinks and also tried creating new categories but the categories are still not showing any posts...

If anyone has an advice on this it'll be much appreciated.

    Thank you 🙂

Category pages are part of WordPress, not Genesis. There is a way to create category pages using Genesis and the blog template. See this for instruction: https://victorfont.com/use-query_args-filter-wordpress-posts/

Let us know if it works.

    Hi Victor,

Thank you so much for your guidance, I cannot tell you how grateful I am for your responses.

I have tried the query_args, put in the relevant category ID in the value and created a post page called "All posts" but nothing appear under it...

Not sure what I can do to fix such a major stumbling block or where to go for help.

I have messaged StudioPress support, hoping that they too can shine a light on this.

Just as a reference to people who might have a similar issue in the future -
It looks like the issue was with the theme (Foodie Pro), it resolved when switched to an older version.

Thank you so much for your time Victor and for responding, much appreciated 😀
