On this site: Back to the Book Nutrition the first post under the section "New on the blog" (Homemade Marshmallow Pops redirects to the homepage. I have reset the permalinks and disabled plugins to no avail. I've also updated the site's WP version, database, and all plugins. What else can I do to troubleshoot?

Have you requested your free website audit yet?May I ask where you are seeing broken scripts? It just seems odd because there haven't been any issues to this point and nothing has changed.
Use your browser's inspect element tool. You'll see the errors. You have errors in wpurp-public.js:210:54, tag:1:1. And you have this warning:
"Privy code appears to be installed more than once.
