    Not sure how this is happening but my feature post images show up on the homepage but do not in the single-post-pages.

    Here is an example where the image does not show on the single post page: http://theheadlock.com/ways-to-increase-metabolism/

    How/where do you want the featured image to appear on single Posts? In the actual content floated left with the text wrapping around it? What size?

    Preferably, in the content floated right with text wrapping around. In terms of size, 300X300 would work best, identical size to the images displaying on the homepage.

    Also, can the feature images on the homepage be floated right, mirroring the single post pages?

    Thanks

    1) Add this in child theme's functions.php:

    add_action( 'genesis_entry_content', 'sk_image_posts', 9 );
    function sk_image_posts() {

    	if( is_singular('post' ) ) {
    		genesis_image( array( 'size' => 'medium', 'attr' => array ( 'class' => 'alignright' ) ) );
    	}

    }
