    I'm trying to work out how you can add something underneath a blog post title.

    genesis_before_post_title and genesis_post_title are both now genesis_entry_header – how do we put something before and after the title?

    Rob!
    How are ya, mate! The answer is: plastics! Sorry, that's a quote from The Graduate. ๐Ÿ™‚ The actual key is: priority. When I saw that new hook list I was puzzled, too, so I tested it a bit.

    This will stick something before your title, and obviously you'll want to use your own function instead of mine:

    add_action('genesis_entry_header', 'dc_add_some_title_crud', 1);

    For something after the title, just the regular call should work, no priority. btw, the 1st line below is optional, and it pulls out the post_info first, it's just there as an example:

    remove_action('genesis_entry_header', 'genesis_post_info');
    add_action('genesis_entry_header', 'dc_add_some_title_crud');

    For more reading, check out the slightly silly article I wrote about this.

    Cheers, Dave

    Hey David, good to see you here. I'm find, thanks, and I hope you're well.

    I think you know a lot more about classic 60s/70s movies than I do!

    Thanks for this fix. I basically got rid of the priority number and solved my problem.

    Thanks for your article as well. I will refer to it again.

    Rob,
    Glad you're well, and that it helped. I'm really enjoying Genesis 2.0. Also, its Sample Theme is better than ever!

    I doubt that my articles will ever get into the official SP list, because my writing style is deliberately unconventional. But I like to have fun, and if one looks closely, one can find helpful bits of content in there. ๐Ÿ˜‰

    Talk to you again soon!
    Dave

    I agree, I'm loving Genesis 2.0. Keep having fun, David. I'm sure that's the answer ๐Ÿ™‚
