    Hi all,

I am super new to so forgive me. I have a genesis framework WordPress site hosted by BlueHost.

I'm trying to install the WooCommerce plugin (and other plugins, but WooCommerce is more the priority) and getting the below error. I confirmed I have right server requirements (PHP and MySQL) to run WooCommerce so I'm not sure.

I've also already installed and activated the Genesis Connector for WooCommerce.

    Thanks all in advance!

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@[mydomain].com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error. Server 500 errors are the hardest to diagnose because there are literally hundreds of reasons for them. The most common problem is a PHP error. You have to check the server error logs for further details. This is not likely related to the Genesis Framework.

Either open a ticket with Bluehost to get help or you may have to consider hiring a dev to help with this issue.
