    Hello,
    I was developing a special case for my client where I needed to filter the comment author link to add some more info in it.
    In the XHTML callback, we can easily do it by filtering get_comment_author_link(), but HTML5 callback, there isn't any filter to do so.

    Can you please consider adding a filter there? Something like..

    printf( '<span itemprop="name">%s</span> <span class="says">%s</span>',  apply_filters( 'genesis_comment_author', $author), apply_filters( 'comment_author_says_text', __( 'says', 'genesis' ) ) );

    at line# 301 of /lib/structure/comments.php in next update or so?

    Sorry if this is a wrong place to ask.

    Regards
    Abhik

    Abhik - I moved this ticket from Forum Bugs & Suggestions, because although it's a suggestion, that forum is just for suggestions about the forum, not for suggestions about the framework.

    Any suggestions about Genesis itself should be submitted as a ticket, because then it will be read by the appropriate people - those people aren't usually here in the forum.

    Many thanks Susan.
    Since I am not a paid customer of Genesis, I'd love to be one of them soon (got the framework from a client who hopefully is a customer), I can not submit a ticket.

    Would you please forward this to the right people?

    Regards

    Apparently, this forum thinks you are a spammer 🙁

    I sent you the link to contact SP. Since I also included @studiopress in the tweet, I've given them the heads up.

    Thanks once again, Yeah, I noticed that after replying you there.
    I am sending a email to StudioPress and hopefully it will be read. 🙂

    Regards
