    Is there a way to do this?

    I guess so, but I have been trying different approaches but haven't been able to get it.

    I'd like to place the name of the blog on the left and social icons on the right (preferably with Simple Social icons)

    Any input?

    You can reposition the site title or add a new widget and add the title and social icons in the widget.

    All in the same div would probably be best and then position with CSS.
